Information collected
When you use the enquiry form, BlueArc receives the name, email address, business or organisation, support area, timing information and message you choose to provide. You can also choose to tell us how you heard about BlueArc.
Where available, your enquiry includes the first page you visited during the current website visit, the website domain that referred you, campaign source, medium and name, and the website pages leading to your enquiry. We exclude full referring URLs, search queries and other URL parameters from these enquiry fields.
This source information is held temporarily in your browser tab and sent with your enquiry only when you submit the form. It resets after 30 minutes without a recorded page visit or when the tab session ends. It does not use a persistent visitor identifier or an advertising cookie.
How the information is used
BlueArc uses this information to understand your enquiry, assess the requested work, respond to you and follow up about that enquiry. Source information helps us understand which pages and channels bring enquiries. Your website enquiry details are not sold.
Form provider
The website enquiry form is delivered through Formspree. Formspree processes the details you submit so they can be sent to BlueArc Advisory.
Your choices
You can contact BlueArc directly instead of using the form. If you want BlueArc to correct or delete information from a website enquiry, email hello@bluearcadvisorygroup.com.
